  • Making a little stop on the afternoon walk. I think it’s important to support small business. 🍦

    A blue ice cream van parked in front of some trees. The side counter is open and the doors hooked back show the ice creams available. There are ice creams painted in different colours on the truck. The big rear doors have a mermaid and a large ice cream painted on them.

  • 😴 Big Sunday roast lunch consumed. May need a big Sunday afternoon nap.

  • Hymns in and Monty Python out of UK funeral songs top 10

    Hymns are back among the most popular funeral songs, boosted by the queen’s funeral, while the Monty Python song Always Look on the Bright Side of Life has slipped out of the top 10, funeral directors have said.

  • Very disappointing news about Star Trek Prodigy not only being cancelled but removed from the Paramount+ platform altogether.

    Original series for what’s possibly one of the strongest collections of IP on the platform and it’s removed as a tax write-off. Dumb. 📺🖖🏻

  • Thought I’d try out the Text Shot app that Chris Hannah has just released.

    Looks very neat. Not sure how much use it will get but I like to support small developers so here we are.

  • Grease 2 was referenced at trivia last night and I popped it on when I came home. I now have Michelle Pfeiffer’s Cool Rider as an ear worm this morning.

    The Cat is not a fan of my rendition(s) and has taken herself off to the back bedroom.
